Zimnyaya’s stubbornness put together with Herr Kommissar’s fury, Voytek’s violent ways, and Teskita’s arrogance ended up being the formula for defeat in the great war. They had no choice but to surrender to Chill Bill’s troops.
This team of monsters was escorted to a frozen prison were they stayed for years, away camps and forts. However, their strategic posts weren't everything they left behind. When Zimnyaya was arrested, he forgot (did he really?) to mention that he had a secret prisoner locked inside a bunker!
The prisoner in question was a Sergeant Hull Head, a brilliant Nature soldier. Zimnyaya had been giving him a single tomato a day, just enough to keep him alive, but the end of the war and the arrest meant the end of the Sergeant's scarce tomato supply. Without any food, he quickly passed away, but his body was exposed to radiation from nuclear bombs for years and, after a long time, it has resurrected... as a zombie!
