Deepdoom strategy on theMonster Legends Competitive Wiki

Formerly known as Dorzorg, Deepdoom is the estranged brother of Rebel Frosilka and Korzorg. He wasn’t a fan of his family’s rebellious politics, so he decided to join Queen Thalassa’s forces. While she was skeptical at first, he quickly proved himself loyal by defending her from one of Rebel Frosilka’s surprise attacks. The Queen decided to reward him by making him part of her forces and giving him a new name, so that he could live his life free from being associated with his siblings.

Lore

It’s well known that Rebel Frosilka has a brother, Korzorg. But few are aware of her second brother, Dorzorg. Most monsters don’t know he exists, and those who do whisper that he must be even worse than his siblings.

But in fact, he betrayed their politics. When Queen Thalassa returned to the Water Realm and Frosilka slunk back home, Dorzorg knew she would eventually do something drastic and dangerous, so he snuck out and ran away to join Thalassa’s army.

Of course, Queen Thalassa recognized Dorzorg right away. When he knelt to swear fealty to her, she thought it was a trick and ordered him out of the throne room.

Just then, a huge chunk of coral shattered the massive window behind Thalassa’s throne, sending shards of glass and slivers of sharp coral flying. Thalassa was directly in the path of the oncoming spiky coral with no chance to avoid being slashed!

But before the coral could hit her, Dorzorg threw himself in front of Thalassa and somehow, miraculously, caught it with his bare hands. He looked out the window and wasn’t surprised to see Rebel Frosilka and two of her followers turn tail and run off.

It took Queen Thalassa a few beats before she cleared her throat and said, “You seem a little different from the rest of your family.”

“Very different,” said a breathless Dorzorg.

“Then perhaps you deserve a new name, one that doesn’t belong to them,” Thalassa replied thoughtfully.

So saying, she granted Dorzorg the new name of Deepdoom, and finally allowed him to swear loyalty to her. But this wasn’t entirely altruism on Thalassa’s part—she knew Rebel Frosilka’s brother would have plenty of useful information about her foe.
