Dreadrock snuck into Count Vlad’s castle for a little tour. Unfortunately for him, Count Vlad responded by throwing Dreadrock into the ground of the castle graveyard so hard that his body fused with the tombstones and corpses. Fortunately for him, this made Dreadrock a lot stronger and harder to kill.

Lore[]
Count Vlad was relaxing in his castle one moonless night when he heard strange footsteps. But the Count didn’t need his sharp senses to spot the intruder—they were hiding behind a curtain. “I can see your feet, fool!” shouted the Count.
He whipped the curtain away to reveal Dreadrock, who shrieked and cringed. “I’m sorry, sir! I just wanted a tour of your castle!” the intruder whined. “Please don’t hurt me!”
“A tour? Oh, then please be my guest!” Count Vlad said nastily, lifting Dreadrock up by his neck. “May I suggest you start with the graveyard?” Then he opened the door and threw the little monster into the ground of the cemetery as hard as he could, scattering old bones and tombstones everywhere. Satisfied that he’d have no more interruptions, Count Vlad closed the door and never gave his victim a second thought.
But what he didn’t know was that Dreadrock had plowed into the ground with such force that he smashed open a coffin full of life-sustaining relics. Although he died, the broken relics revived him as an undead monster. What’s more, Dreadrock’s body had fused with the broken tombstones and unearthed bodies he smashed into, turning him into a huge, zombified hulk covered in patches of hard stone. It’ll be hard for Vlad to ignore Dreadrock if he goes back for another “tour”…
