Habitats

File:Habitats.png

The element which a particular monster belongs to determines which of the habitats it can be placed in after being hatched. Monsters must be placed in a habitat which corresponds to their element. Fire type monsters for example must be placed in a Fire Habitat whilst a Fire and Earth hybrid may be placed in either an Earth Habitat or a Fire Habitat.

Leveling Up

In Monster Legends, monsters are restricted from leveling above Level 10 without the aid of a temple . These temples must also correspond to the element of the particular monster that the player wishes to enhance. For example, a thunder monster rle before it can advance above level 10. Hybrid monsters require temples of both elements before they can level up.

Battling

The various elements also determines success or failure in battle.
