Killamancer built Fleimgard out of dismembered demon corpses and death magic. While he has the great red hulk bound to serve him with powerful magic, there's no doubt in Killamancer's mind that Fleimgard would kill him instantly if it ever got the chance. If Fleimgard could nod, he'd surely agree.

Lore[]
Fleimgard is a demonic construct, created by Killamancer at the behest of Konrad Von Krow. Using the discarded limbs and tissues of demons who died in battle, Killamancer assembled Fleimgard using unspeakable magics and, some say, vials of his own corrupted blood. Through twisted necromantic rituals, Killamancer imbued the carrion golem with a kind of rude, violent life, hoping that Konrad would be pleased.
Konrad was indeed impressed with Killamancer’s experiment and asked him to create several more to use as personal security. As payment, he allowed Killamancer to keep his prototype Fleimgard. The crafty demonologist, knowing that he’d only worked about half as hard as he could have, upgraded his creation to be even stronger and better than any of the specimens he sent Konrad. He used binding magics to force Fleimgard to act on his will, and often deliberately made it angrier so that it would be even more vicious and hungry for the kill.
Wherever Killamancer goes, Fleimgard is only a few steps behind him, shuffling and staring blankly. Killamancer couldn’t ask for much more from a bodyguard—well, perhaps except for loyalty, because he’s very aware that Fleimgard would rip him apart if it ever got the chance.
