Frank Einstein was Dr. Viktor's university professor. He admired him so much that when he walked into the Lab asking for a boost, Dr. Viktor's nerves got the best of him: He accidentally mixed up extraction and rank-up, ruining Frank Einstein. He came out in pieces, and even though Dr. Viktor sewed him back together, his brilliance is gone.
