Pengunel is the emissary for Celestial Paradise in the cold regions. He attends to several tribes and isolated monsters, but it’s the biggest faction under his surveillance that he has a soft spot for: Pengunel LOVES the Summitfolk and, to Elvira’s dismay, he gets easily distracted when he’s visiting them. They get into epic icy battles and mountain games and… time flies when you’re having fun!
