Stina Steambandit is like a mother to the Wastelands monsters. She provides for them, and fixes their weapons, vehicles, and even their houses. They all know that, whenever they need something, they just need to go to Stina's Garage, on the border between Monstown and the Wastelands, and she'll welcome them with open toolboxes.
