Each monster has at least one trait, which provides an extra boost or buff to their gameplay. There are also monsters with Evolving Traits, which means that they get additional traits at certain ranks. The traits are constantly active in every battle, unless specifically disabled by a monster's move.

Anticipation Anticipation When an enemy performs a skill with an extra turn, this monster performs an extra turn just before.
Artifact Artifact Immune to all applied status effects.
Attuned Attuned Regains 15 stamina points when affected by weak types.
Bleed Hater Bleed-hater-trait Triple damage against monsters suffering from bleed.
Celestial Celestial Immunity to stun, mega stun, and bleed.
Cooldown Immunity Cooldown-immunity Immunity to cooldowns activated.
Damage Increased Trait-damage-increase Monster deals 50% more damage.
Demon Demon Status effects have 20% less accuracy against it. Immune to burn and ignite.
Dodge Area Dodgearea Will evade all area skills.
Energized Energized Monster has 20% extra stamina.
Gravedigger Gravedigger Immune to all kind of possession and nightmares.
Hardened Hardened All status effects have 20% less accuracy against it.
Immune to Bleed Immune-to-bleed Immunity to bleed.
Immune to Blind Immune-to-blind Immunity to blind.
Immune to Burn Immune-to-burning Immunity to burn.
Immune to Control Immune-to-control Immunity to all control effects- stun, mega stun, freeze, mega freeze, possession, mega possession, corruption, mega corruption, time stop, mega time stop and baby reversion.
Immune to Curse Immune-to-curse Immunity to curse.

Mountain Mountain Immunity to stun, mega stun, freeze, and mega freeze.
Nature Protection Trait-nature-protection trait-big Takes half damage from nature attacks.
Orc Orc All status effects have 25% less accuracy against it.
Pierce Pierce Skills will pierce through defensive status effects (evasion, mirrors, shields, taunts, and dodge area)
Positive Effects Protected Blockremovebuffs Prevents all positive effects from being removed.
Resurrection Block Resurrection-block Blocks all resurrection skills.
Special Damage Immunity Special-protection-trait Receives no damage from special element attacks.
Spirit Spirit Immune to all status effects.
Spirits Hater Spirit-hater-trait Triple damage against monsters who belong to the Spirits Book.
Status Caster Random At the beginning of the battle, will apply a particular effect on itself, all allies, or all enemies. Effect and target(s) are different for each Status Caster.
Super Attuned Attuned Regains 50 stamina points when affected by weak types.
Taunt Taunt trait Monster will receive all single-target attacks.
Tough Hardened All status effects have 35% less accuracy against it.
Trait Protection Trait-protection Trait cannot be disabled.
True Vision Truevision Precision doubled.
Water Protection Trait-water-protection trait-big Reduces all incoming water damage by 50%.

Warmaster Barbael Warmaster Tough - Status effects have 35% less accuracy against it. Gives Damage Increase to all allies.
Warmaster Elvira Warmaster Tough - Status effects have 35% less accuracy against her. Gives Immunity to Blind to all allies. Status Caster Area: Evasion (1 turn).
Warmaster Gortak Warmaster Immune to Control. Gives Immune to Stun to all allies.
Warmaster Necromancer Warmaster Anticipation. Tough - Status effects have 35% less accuracy against him. Gives Immune to Possession to all allies.
Warmaster Remntar Warmaster Tough - Status effects have 35% less accuracy against him. Gives Special Damage Immunity to all allies. Status Caster Area: Skill Mirror.
