Monster Legends Wiki

Each monster has at least one trait, which provides an extra boost or buff to their gameplay. There are also monsters with Evolving Traits, which means that they get additional traits at certain ranks. The traits are constantly active in every battle, unless specifically disabled by a monster's move.

25% Damage Mirror 25% Damage Mirror Deals 25% of the damage back to the attacker.
50% Damage Mirror 50% Damage Mirror Deals 50% of the damage back to the attacker.
Abomination Abomination Immunity to possession, corruption, nightmares, and bleed.
Anticipation Anticipation When an enemy performs a skill with an extra turn, this monster performs an extra turn just before.
Anticipation Hater Anticipation Hater Triple damage against monsters with anticipation.
Artifact Artifact Immune to all status effects.
Attuned Attuned Regains 15 stamina points when affected by weak types.
Bleed Hater Bleed Hater Triple damage against monsters suffering from bleed.
Celestial Celestial Immunity to stun, mega stun, and bleed.
Cold Blood Cold Blood Skills will bypass taunt and mega taunt.
Cooldown Immunity Cooldown Immunity Immunity to cooldowns activated.
Dark Protection Dark Protection Reduces incoming dark damage by 50%.
Damage Increased Damage Increased Monster deals 50% more damage.
Demon Demon Status effects have 20% less accuracy against it. Immune to burn and ignite.
Dodge Area Dodge Area Will evade all area skills.
Energized Energized Monster has 20% extra stamina.
Gravedigger Gravedigger Immune to all kind of possession and nightmares.
Guard Down Hater Guard Down Hater Triple damage against monsters affected by guard down.
Hardened Hardened All status effects have 20% less accuracy against it.
Immune to Bleed Immune to Bleed Immunity to bleed.
Immune to Blind Immune to Blind Immunity to blind.
Immune to Burn Immune to Burning Immunity to burn.
Immune to Control Immune to Control Immunity to all control effects- stun, mega stun, freeze, mega freeze, possession, mega possession, corruption, mega corruption, time stop, mega time stop, baby reversion, mega baby reversion, and roots.

Mechanical Hater Mechanical Hater Triple damage against monsters who belong to the Mechanical Book.
Mega Taunt Mega Taunt Receives all damage and status from enemy attacks (even area attacks).
Mountain Mountain Immunity to stun, mega stun, freeze, and mega freeze.
Nature Protection Nature Protection Takes half damage from nature attacks.
Orc Orc All status effects have 25% less accuracy against it.
Pierce Pierce Skills will pierce through defensive status effects (evasion, mirrors, shields, taunts, and dodge area)
Positive Effects Protected Positive Effects Protected Prevents all positive effects from being removed.
Resurrection Block Resurrection Block Blocks all resurrection skills.
Shield Protection Shield Protection Shields cannot be removed by positive effect removal or shield removal, including shield breaker.
Special Damage Immunity Special Damage Immunity Receives no damage from special element attacks.
Spirit Spirit Immune to all negative effects.
Spirits Hater Spirits Hater Triple damage against monsters who belong to the Spirits Book.
Status Caster Status Caster At the beginning of the battle, will apply a particular effect on itself, all allies, or all enemies. Effect and target(s) are different for each Status Caster.
Super Attuned Super Attuned Regains 50 stamina points when affected by weak types.
Taunt Taunt Monster will receive all single-target attacks.
Thunder Protection Thunder Protection Blocks out half of the incoming Thunder damage.
Torture Resistance Torture Resistance Reduces damage taken from tortures. Immune to life modification (Equalizer, Totem).
Tough Tough All status effects have 35% less accuracy against it.
Trait Protection Trait Protection Trait cannot be disabled.
True Vision True Vision Precision doubled.
Undead Hater Undead Hater Triple damage against monsters who belong to the Undead Book.
Water Protection Water Protection Reduces all incoming water damage by 50%.
